Don Hudgins, III

Don Hudgins is without a doubt his father’s son. Just like the elder, Bud Hudgins, Jr., Don’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, immersing himself in the everyday, roll-up- your-sleeves, hard work of real estate development.

For instance, he assists in the design, entitlement and coordination of architects and engineers, reviews and revises plans during the value engineering process to insure constructibility, and supervises onsite construction activities at all developments. He also coordinates vendors and subcontractors on both project upgrades and repairs after the completion of a project as well as locating potential new development sites and speculative land investments. A third-generation, Hudgins Companies family member, Don lives in Austin, Texas, and during off-hours enjoys leading disabled veterans on fly-fishing excursions with a local non-profit organization.
