Broadway & S Main

Located just east of South Main Street in the Near Southside of Fort Worth, this project is currently in the design phase with an anticipated construction start in 1Q21. Planned as a 5/6 story wrap structure with a rooftop pool and amenity deck looking out over downtown, the Hudgins Companies plans to build on their success at nearby Mag & May in incorporating and supporting local art as a part of their developments.
